PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

AS PER SERVICE RULES

i) M.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized
University with at least three years’ practical experience as Charge
Nurse; OR
ii) B.Sc. Nursing Post Registered Nurse with at least four years’
Practical Experience as Charge Nurse; OR
iii) B.Sc. Nursing Generic with at least five years’ practical experience as
Charge Nurse; OR
iv) Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with diploma in ward
management or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan
Nursing Council with at least five years’ practical experience as
Charge Nurse.
v) In addition to all the above qualifications, valid registration from the
Pakistan Nursing Council.
NOTE:
Preference shall be given to practical experience from any Health
Institution of the Government.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

i) The candidates who had applied to PNC for Registration of their
M.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Nursing Post Registered Nurse or B.Sc.
Nursing Generic or Diplomas on or before the closing date but;
a) Registration Cards were issued after the closing date; or
b) Registration cards have not been issued so far;
ii) Shall be Provisionally held eligible subject to the condition that such
candidates shall have to produce documentary evidence properly
stamped & signed by the Competent Authority of PNC that they have
applied for such card on or before the closing date.
iii) Experience in private hospitals shall be accepted if such hospital is
registered with Punjab Healthcare Commission, PMC/PMDC or any
other Regulatory Authority.

Age. GENDER, DOMICILE & PLACE OF POSTING

Female: 25 to 35 + 10 = 45 years

As per Government of the Punjab Notification No.SOR-I (S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 21 May 2012 and Notification No.SOR-I (S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26th January 2022.

Age and Sex of the trangender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

Gender: Female & Female Transgender

Domicile: Candidates domiciled in any district of the Province of Punjab.

Place of Posting: Anywhere in the Punjab.

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD)

One paper MCQ type written test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration.
Syllabus: is as under:-
i) Qualification related questions (80%)
ii) General Knowledge including (20%)

Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Basic Computer Studies.
